Beans: Contain excessive amounts of arginine and ammonia/nitrogen fixator. Exception: Garbanzo beans and navy beans
Spinach: Contains genetically modified organisms (GMOs), such as enterobactin, in all non-organic spinach. This bacteria steals iron, causing sickle cell anemia and is one of the primary causes of auto immune disorders. Its antibodies attack tissues. Exception: Only eat if organic and cooked in soup
Mushrooms: Classified as a fungi: one of the five pathogens. Excess ammonia adversely impacts the liver causing low iron, hypoxia (oxygen deficiency), and massive red blood cell death increasing bilirubin and liver toxicity.
Tomatoes: High lectin food and must ONLY be eaten cooked. Exception: Grape, cherry, or sun-dried tomatoes
Kale: Contain aromatase which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen. Exception: Be sure kale is cooked in a soup if you must eat it
Rice: Extremely high in starch and turns into white fat in the body. White rice has a higher glycemic index, which means its carbs convert more quickly into blood sugar than brown rice.
Breads: Avoid breads as they are high in yeast and starch. Exception: Yeast-free breads; preferably spelt, rye, or other natural grain-based breads

Whey or Pea Protein Shakes: Replace whey or pea protein in shakes with hemp protein and other natural nut-based proteins.
Sesame Seeds: Contain aromatase which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen. Consume sparingly, if so.
Cheeses: Contain aromatase which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen.
Soy: Contains aromatase which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen.
Flaxseeds: Contain the highest amount of aromatase, which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen.
Peanuts: Contain aromatase phytic acid and excess nitrogen.
Animal Milk: Contains aromatase which converts testosterone and beneficial estrogen into estradiol, a carcinogenic form of estrogen.
Cashews: Cashews adversely impact the liver and possess the same toxic compounds as Poison Ivy (anacardic acids), adding toxemia. diseases.
Coffee: Use dandelion root tea as a nourishing herbal replacement.
Flour: Specifically white, wheat, and all-purpose flour. Exception: Spelt, amaranth, quinoa, garbanzo, and kamut
Sugar: Specifically white and brown sugar. Use date sugar or stevia instead.
Canola Oil: Use avocado, grape-seed, or olive oil as a substitute.
