CACAO is very useful for stem cell production.

Stem cells are what cells are called before they are assigned a specific purpose in the body, they are the raw materials all your organs are made from. Stem cells are dispatched to repair / replace damaged cells in your body; without them you can't heal from wounds and disease. When chronic disease ravages (like cancer) the body oft times it cannot replace enough healthy cells fast enough or in sufficient number to offset the loss of sickly ones.

MACA is a low key adaptogen that helps with whatever in your system need a little extra bandwidth to fight against ( like stress, anxiety and exhaustion) as well as build testosterone (men and women need it) balance hormones, regulate mood, improve mental clarity and slow down the onset of infertility.

CHIA is a great nutrient rich herb with natural copper, manganese, potassium and folate. Providing Omega 3 fats, antioxidant function, high in fiber and will help with cleansing of the bowels. Chia seed fights bloating and promotes menstrual health.

You can make your own cacao "milk" quickly and inexpensively to have in the house on a regular basis.

Get 2000 ml of CLEAN water💦

add

120 grams of organic oats

120 grams of organic coconut chips

Let it sit for at least one hour

Blend on High til it liquifies

Strain with a steel mesh strainer

Toss the bulk

Pour the liquid back into the blender

add

1 Heaping tablespoon of organic raw cacao powder

1 Heaping tablespoon of organic maca powder

1 tablespoon of organic Chia seeds

1 banana

Half teaspoon of organic cinnamon

Dash of organic nutmeg

10+ drops of organic vanilla extract

Blend on low

You can sweeten it a little with organic Maple syrup

(But it's not supposed to be too sweet)

Now you have a nutritive, stem cell producing, protein rich, stress fighting, hormone balancing drink for everybody in the house.
